Office Assistant / 辦公室助理 (5 Day Work Week / 五天工作)

What You Will Do

• Provide office administrative support to Hong Kong office

• Perform outdoor deliveries

• Act as a backup for the reception area when necessary

• Guest welcoming, tea serving and pantry services

• Handle incoming and outgoing mails & documents

• Order, keep track of and refill office stationaries & pantry supplies while ensuring the inventory is well stocked

• Maintain a well-organized, clean and safe office environment

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What We Expect From You

• Diploma or above in any discipline

• Over 3 years of work experience, ideally with 2 years of which focusing on handling administrative and/or receptionist duties

• Work experience gained from sizeable companies would have an advantage

• Basic computer knowledge is necessary

• Fluent in Cantonese and Basic in English

• Willing to learn, being responsible and proactive

• Able to work independently and as a team

• 5 day work week with occasional need to work during weekends when required

• You will be based in Hong Kong for this role
