Sales Representative - Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Products

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the neurosurgery and orthopedic product lines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply), and strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales and a passion for the neurosurgery and orthopedic product lines. A medical background is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting and cold-calling in the neurosurgery and orthopedic product lines
- Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the neurosurgery and orthopedic fields
- Maintain relationships with existing customers in the neurosurgery and orthopedic fields and provide excellent customer service
- Attend surgeries in the operating theatre to provide technical support and product knowledge to surgeons and hospital staff
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers in the neurosurgery and orthopedic fields
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities related to neurosurgery and orthopedic product sales
- Attend industry conferences and events in the neurosurgery and orthopedic fields to network and identify new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals for neurosurgery and orthopedic product sales
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of neurosurgery and orthopedic procedures and products is a plus
- Medical background is a plus
- Willingness and ability to attend surgeries in the operating theatre
