Senior Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals in Hong Kong and China. 

• Decide which new technologies to use to help the company grow. 

• Plan and control IT project budgets and schedules. 

• Make sure IT solutions are delivered on time and are of high quality. 

• Manage the development of new applications and changes to existing systems. 

• Responsible for implementation, development, system maintenance & ongoing support of IT systems & service delivery of corporate application systems

• Collaborate with internal departments and manage vendor partnerships to uphold exceptional service standards. 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines

• Min. 8 years of experience in managing software development projects, preferably in retail industry

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining enterprise software systems.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

• Good team player with a collaborative approach.

• Preferable with ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certification

• With working experience in supporting Retail and Manufacturing operation is an advantage

• Completed at least 1-2 projects involving ERP implementation and production support.

• Experience with integration of ERP, E-Commerce, CRM, and POS systems.

• Immediate available is highly preferred
