職位描述

  • Handle general administrative work, receptionist duties
  • Responsible for incoming phone calls, data entry, mailing database management
  • Customer serving duties to Japanese clients
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirement:

  • Form 5, Diploma or above
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience in Administration fields
  • Having basic account knowledge is preferred
  • Good command of spoken/written in English, Japanese and Mandarin/ Chinese
  • Japanese with JLPT N1
  • Attention to details mindset and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Strong in PC skills in MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Office Hour: Mon~ Fri, 10:00am to 6:00pm
