Responsibilities:
· Assist in maintaining and updating the contents
· Organize and vendors’ presentations
· Assist design teams with sourcing of materials
Requirement:
· Diploma/Degree holder
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience with material/product library management and understanding of the interior design and architecture industry is a plus.
· Knowledge of trade resources and vendors.
· Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
· Well Organized, attention in details, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
· Independent, proactive, self-motivated
· Able to work under pressure
· Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
· Good command of written Chinese and English: Spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
