Project Executive / Senior Project Executive

Responsibility

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand project goals, specifications, requirements, feedback, and expectations.

• Prepare correspondence, documents, proposals, budget estimates, pitches, presentations, and production deliverables.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital printing, digital media, layout design, typesetting, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX) across various platforms (publications and websites).

• Collaborate closely with project development teams to manage project flow and deliver high-quality digital works (digital print publications and websites) to clients.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years or 3-5 years of relevant experience in account servicing or project management within a digital agency, multimedia firm, or design house are preferred. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.

• Strong command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Passionate about current practices and trends in digital media.

• Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
