職位描述

Project Manager (Event Management) (12-month contract) (Ref: T&D - PM)

Training and Development Department (Sham Shui Po)

Responsibilities:

  1. To assist in the planning and execution of the Mental Health Symposium;

  2. To coordinate logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and technical requirements;

  3. To liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. partners, vendors, speakers);

  4. To coordinate with speakers and participants regarding event and registration arrangements;

  5. To manage event promotion and publicity across various channels;

  6. To supervise on-site event setup and operations during Symposium;

  7. To plan and monitor event budget;

  8. To prepare event materials and handle related administrative tasks; and

  9. To collect and analyze post-event feedback for future improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor or above in Event Management, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines;

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Event/ Project Management, preferably in NGO;

  3. Proven experience in event project planning, implementation, and evaluation, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills;

  4. Solid experience in budget control and resource allocation;

  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities;

  6. Mature, sociable, meticulous and be able to work independently for multiple tasks and under pressure; and

  7. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
