Position: PR & Communications Assistant / Executive

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the PR & Communications Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for executing PR activities and providing general support to and coordinate / manage day-to-day operations while to build and maintain media relations in a professional manner:

• Handle daily media sample loan, sample delivery and tracking, media inquiries
• Monitor press coverage and help with PR related reports
• Develop PR contents including press releases and other relevant PR materials
• Assist in developing PR strategies and managing media relations and media events.
• Work closely with clients in Europe, China and Hong Kong
• Handle ad hoc assignments
• Update company website and social media accounts

Requirements:

• University graduate, major in PR & Communications will be an advantage
• Previous experience with PR agency and luxury product industry is a plus
• Experience in handling media in fashion/ jewellery/ lifestyle
• Social media experience in posting
• Computer Skill- PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Good writing and presentation skills
• Detail minded with good interpersonal skills and great team player
• Able to deliver high quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
