Responsibilities:

Identify training and development needs, design and develop various training programs
-
Formulate training manuals and evaluation system, provide coaching on product knowledge, customer services and selling techniques
-
Ensure all frontline staff receive appropriate training in an effective and efficient manner with good sell-out results, motivate frontline staff to achieve company sales targets
-
Analyze key retail operational indicators to ensure sales performance and compliance with company standard
-
Manage and monitor the training budgets and provide statistical analysis for management decision
-
Follow up and analyze Mystery Shoppers results and make recommendations for improvements
-
Prepare regular reports on retail performance and present actionable insights to the management
-
Supervise subordinate on daily operation and provide coaching for customer hotlines and complaints resolution
Requirements:
-
Diploma holder or above in business related discipline
-
Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail industry, exposure in electrical appliances is highly preferred
-
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
-
Excellent analytical and presentation skills with detailed-minded
-
Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Proficient in MS Office, web application and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training and CS Manager
