Clerk (Yuen Long, San Tin office)

工作職責

• 處理一般文書工作,包括整理文件檔案,電腦資料輸入,核對文件,準備測試報告, 協助任何臨時事項 

• 處理客戶查詢及投訴

工作要求

• 持有理科/工科學歷者或工程相關文憑優先考慮

• 最少一年相關工作經驗

• 良好粵語,一般英語;懂讀寫中文;略懂寫英文

• 熟練使用MS Office及中英文輸入法

• 可即時上班優先考慮

Responsibilities

• Handle general clerical duties, including filing, data input, opening invoices, perform any other duties as assigned

• Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints

• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements

• Level 2 or above in five NSS subjects including Physics , Compulsory Part in Mathematics and English Langugage in HKDSEE or equivalent , or Diploma in Engineering or Testing and Ceritifcation is an advantage

• At least 1 year relevant working experience,

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

• Able to work independently and under pressure, good communication skills

• Immediately available is preferred
