We are a well established and fast growing company in Hong Kong specializing in distributing pet food & pet health products. Our office is located at Tsuen Wan and we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our enthusiastic team.
Job Description:
-
Responsible for correspondence, document submission, data input, marketing material , copying and filing.
-
Responsible for orders taking, follow-up & invoicing.
-
Handling simple book keeping / shipment matters.
-
Handling customers enquiries.
Job Requirements:
-
Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences will be an advantage.

Must have good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, , AI, Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing)

Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin

Well organized, hardworking, motivated

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Able to work under pressure
-
Immediate available is preferred
