職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general office administrative support for mailing or courier arrangement, notice announcement
  • Assist in Office Procurement for HQ and other office sites
  • Assist in Office Expenses Monitoring
  • Handle Internal Hotline & coordinate with secretaries and team coordinators
  • Control the company assets, stationery and office supplies
  • Follow up the staff movement and respective arrangements
  • Back up for reception duties in professional manner of presentation, including but not limited to:
    - greet visitors and serve guests to the appropriate rooms
    - manage telephone console and transfer calls expeditiously in a courteous manner
    - coordinate with internal customers on meeting/conference rooms booking promptly

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned


Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday           : 8:00am – 5:00pm or 9:30am – 6:30pm
In general, the office is closed on Saturdays.  However, you may need to return to work in the office when requested.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, previous experience in MNC/sizable company is added advantage
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, efficient, detail-minded and accurate
  • Good command of spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Hands-on experience of PC knowledge on MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Less Experience will be considered as Officer
