Support company business growth and help us make data-driven decisions through identifying business intelligence and opportunities. Communicate business findings and strategic plans to management team and stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Support the global expansion of popular Asian beauty brands through conducting data analysis and market research on influencer marketing and social media activities

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations through collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets

• Develop effective Data Modeling for our e-commerce business

What You Have:

• University graduate in relevant discipline with 1+ years of experience

• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

• Strong curiosity and a genuine passion for continuous learning

• Proven experience in brand management, international marketing, or business development in beauty or cosmetics industry is a bonus

• Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant tools is highly preferred
