The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing programme-related events, including planning and organising various seminars, workshops, postgraduate research day and outreach trips; (b) co-ordinating admission processes, including promotional activities;
(c) providing committee and secretarial services; (d) managing scholarships; (e) handling timetabling, grade submission, and course-, teacher- and student-related matters; (f) managing the filing system and maintaining proper documentation with hardcopies and softcopies; and (g) performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in programme administration or event organisation; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; (v) strong self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and under pressure; and
(vi) proficiency in computer skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
