Part Time Assistant Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Help the team to use the system and issue all document functionality, maintain and update order-processing systems
• To maximise sales and profit by managing stock allocation , monitor product movement record (in-out record) and inventory control , work closely with the warehouse team
• Responsible for assortment plan and merchandise mix, including the ordering, allocation, sales simulation forecast and replenishment
• Follow up orders with overseas/local customers, factories and suppliers, and make sure on-time deliveries
• Coordinating and cooperating with each Business Unit to ensure smooth operation
• Operation and Communicate , collaborate , update schedule and information with regional members, distributors, wholesales
• Keep a good relationship with all distributors / wholesalers

Requirements:

• 3 working days per week (Office hour: 10:00 - 18:00)
• Degree holder in Business related disciplines
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-versed computer knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
