Qualifications & experience

• A proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce, or related industries. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics and e-commerce industry, understanding of supply chain dynamics, and knowledge of common shipping challenges faced by online businesses.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate deals.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and be flexible in responding to changing market conditions and client requirements.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client pain points and propose effective solutions using ShipAny's services.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Generating Leads: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the e-commerce sector who could benefit from ShipAny's logistics services. For example, research on Internet to generate sales leads
• Client Outreach: Communicate effectively with leads and existing clients through phone call, email or instant messenger to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ShipAny's services, pricing structure, and competitive advantages to effectively pitch to potential clients.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how ShipAny can streamline and optimize clients' logistics operations. For example, visit potential client office to present the service or hold regular seminar to educate existing clients using the service.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable agreements for both parties, and close sales effectively.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and maximize lead generation efforts.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on ShipAny's latest features and services, actively participating in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
