Responsibilities:

Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, staff performance and employee relationship management, insurance planning and office administration;

Human resources planning and budgeting

Review and formulate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company direction and legal requirements

Prepare monthly payroll and annual performance evaluation
-
Handle office administration works including office renovation & maintenance, purchase management, budgetary control on staff cost & administration expenses, and day-to-day operations

Plan and coordinate company functions
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
-
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience and 3 years in managerial position
-
Well versed with the Employment Ordinance

Mature, highly motivated, proactive, careful, patient and positive
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Good understanding of Labour laws of the HKSAR
-
Immediately availability is an advantage
