Graduate Engineer - Civil / Construction Engineering

About the role

YWL Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer, Project Engineer or Engineer to join our dynamic team . As a full-time team member, you will play a key role in the delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects, contributing your expertise to drive successful project outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Provide engineering design, analysis and problem-solving for a range of civil and structural projects
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations
• Senior Engineer mentor and guide more junior engineers to develop their technical skills

What we're looking for

• Bachelor degree in Geotechnical / Structural / Civil Engineering / Earth Sciences; A Master's degree may be an advantage.
• For applicants with Bachelor degree in Earth Sciences, demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge in geotechnical engineering design is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural / civil work / geotechnical design.
• Professional qualification in HKIE / ICE is an advantage
• Strong oral and writing abilities in both Chinese and English.
• Experience in using engineering software and good understanding of relevant design code of practices and regulations.
• Relevant design experience in Hong Kong is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with good problem-solving skill.
• Strong inter-personal communication skill is preferable.
