Engineering Supervisor - PCB Equipment Technical & Sales (Station:Dongguan)

Responsibilities:

-             Oversee Technical and sales support for PCB issues, including failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.

-             Provide expert advice on PCB  equipment technical support , signal integrity debugging, manufacturing defects, and compliance troubleshooting.

-             Develop and refine support workflows; implement knowledge bases, AI-driven diagnostics, and predictive analytics for faster resolutions.

-             Act as escalation point for high-priority cases; conduct post-mortem reviews, customer training sessions, and feedback loops to inform product improvements.

-             Partner with manufacturing, quality assurance, and field service teams; analyze support data to drive yield improvements and reduce returns.

-             Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators; manage support budgets and report insights to executive leadership for strategic decisions.

Requirements:

-             Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or engineering related field.

-             5+ years in PCB engineering or technical support experience.

-             Hands-on experience resolving complex PCB field issues in high-volume production environments.

-             Proficiency in diagnostic tools; expertise in PCB failure modes; familiarity with support software and standards.

-             Exceptional problem-solving, customer-facing communication, and leadership; experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and Agile support methodologies.

-             High proficiency of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
