Responsibilities
- Assist Centre Manager to develop operating strategy, work plan, evaluate service rendered and oversee centre operations;
- Assist to manage and mentor a team of frontline professional staff to meet service needs;
- Assist to handle service data management and prepare management reports;
- Assist to establish good rapport with the government, hospitals, institutions, support groups and other community partners, and
- Shift duties are required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in social work or health service related disciplines with at least 8 years’ experience in the related field, within which has administration or management work exposure, and
- A resourceful team player committed to render seamless psychosocial service for patients and carers.
