Supervisor (Tennis Section)

Job Responsibilities

• To oversee the day-to-day operation, to make sure daily operation of the tennis courts smoothly.
• Train, lead and motivate attendants staff providing members with quality and efficient services.
• Ensure smooth operation of the Tennis courts including cleaning, safety and maintenance of the facilities.
• Provide good manner to the members and answer daily enquiries and deal with complaints.
• Handle counter duties, facilities bookings, carpark, course applications and annual tournament.
• Provide administrative support and logistics services.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/management.
• Shift duty is required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Sports/Recreation/Leisure/Hotel Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience;
• Good Team Player, member-oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Hands-on experience in MS Office; • Self-motivated, diligent and able to work independently;
• Willing to perform shift duty including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holiday.

Working location: King’s Park, Kowloon.
