Project Manager - Video Conference and Audio Visual Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Project Design & Review: Responsible for the design and review of VC and AV project delivery solutions.

• Technical Support: Oversee testing, installation, and troubleshooting of VC and AV systems.

• On-Site Support: Ensure system reliability through equipment inspections and rapid fault analysis.

• Vendor Communication: Maintain close communication with vendor technical teams to stay updated on the latest technologies.

• Client Training: Provide technical training for clients on VC and AV systems.

• Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Over 10 years in VC and AV, with experience in large-scale project implementation and management.

• Certifications: Huawei HCIP-VC, Cisco CCNA, CISP, and H3C SE-Security.

• Documentation Skills: Ability to produce comprehensive project documentation and implementation plans.

• Team Collaboration: Strong project management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Linux installation and basic configuration.

• AV Solutions Knowledge: Understanding of video conferencing solutions, including MCU, SMC, and WebRTC products.

• Network Fundamentals: Knowledge of hardware, network, and security basics, with troubleshooting expertise.

• Protocol Knowledge: Proficient in H.323/SIP protocols and common fault analysis.
