Floor Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Store Manager and supervise 15 to 20 staff in one of our department stores

• Achieve maximized sales results by excellent retail management skills

• Coach the team members and enhance their performances

• Promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

   

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in retail operations

• Proven track record to achieve sustainable business results

• Service-oriented and sound people management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Putonghua
