Take responsibility of the customer experience by managing the customers’ international supply chain in coordination with relevant stakeholders;
Build strong customer relationships, solve customer query about operations and be curious around their business needs and drivers, to better serve them and identify new business opportunities;
Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, monitor agreed service level and build operational knowledge

Requirements:

• University graduate with a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• Over 5 years work experience in Logistics companies, preferably conversant with PO management
• Experience in DC/warehouse management an advantage
• Ability to work independently with the key accounts of the Company
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Manager
