(Business Development) Digital Media Manager

Responsibility:

• Sales Pipeline Management / Business Development
• Manage the Monthly Sales Target
• Support implementation of integrated marketing initiatives for digital campaign, including online media buy, social media and influencer marketing
• Handle day-to-day operations and reporting; participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of different media channels
• Assist senior to explore new/ troubleshooting with internal and external parties
• Assist senior to deploy the best-in-market targeting and media solutions
• Proactively look for new opportunities & experiment with new growth marketing tactics
• Coordinate with clients, local & international partners, and internal parties to execute marketing programs to achieve campaign objectives
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaign including media planning

Requirements:

• University Graduate preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Information Systems, E-commerce or related disciplines
• 5+ years proven experience defining and implementing strategies in growth marketing
• Familiar with Hong Kong and China various ad placement and analytical tools will be a bonus
• Knowledge in social listening tools will be a bonus
• Good analytical, problem-solving & critical thinking skills
• Being detail-oriented and sensitive on market trend
• Proficiency in written & spoken English & Mandarin
