Responsibilities

Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support services, escalating complex issues to vendors as needed, in accordance with SLAs.

Handle troubleshooting and technical assistance across network infrastructure, servers, desktops, hardware, software, and application systems.

Support users in utilizing applications and systems effectively, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

Record detailed troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ticketing system for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Monitor the progress of service requests and incidents, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle.
Requirements:
-
At least 1 years’ experience in technical support; preferably experience in MS desktop, or Office 365 or Azure platforms

Understanding of networking e.g. TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls

Holder of MCSA / Azure Administrator Associate certificates would be an advantage

Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
Salary:
