IT Support Analyst

We are looking for a permanent employee to join our IT Team and support the business operation.

Responsibilities

• Handle user’s IT-related inquiries and issues
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for hardware and software support and offer comprehensive support including procedural documentation to prevent future issues
• Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Support the deployment of new applications and act as an application administrator
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT applications, infrastructure support and/or service delivery
• Knowledge and experience in key technologies such as Windows 10/11, M365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Windows Server 2016, email Troubleshooting, Veeam backup, End-point Protection (Anti-Virus or EDR), VPN, MDM, Data Lost Prevention tools, PA and FortiGate Firewall will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Good command of spoken Mandarin is a MUST)
