Executive Assistant (Ref. 250414005-IE)
Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) perform counter duties, and handle enquiries and phone calls;
(b) assist in the daily operations of the office and facilities management;
(c) provide administrative support to committees, working groups and task forces as appropriate;
(d) liaise with internal and external parties; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the Registrar or his delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognised degree, preferably with at least one year of work experience;
(b) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage;
(c) proficiency in computer applications and IT skills;
(d) good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills, and be a good team player; and
(e) a proactive attitude and a mentality of embracing changes.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
