職位描述


We are hiring Business Development Executive/ Manager/ Director for our new expansion into IT products (B2B AI & Cloud Services).


Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for sales of SaaS software products in the region, actively developing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and improving client retention and activity rates. 

- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies for office SaaS software and video conferencing software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets. 

- Channel Development: Establish and manage partnerships with local distributors, agents, and system integrators. Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance. 

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies. Work with the marketing team to tailor localized promotional activities and strategies for target markets. 

- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless solutions are delivered to clients. Provide feedback to the R&D team on local market needs and functional requirements.


Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree holder in business, IT or related disciplines of Tertiary Education

- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT Solutions or AI solutions is highly preferred

- Experiences in customer relationship management

- Demonstrate expertise in managing business-to-business (B2B) relationships by delivering tailored solutions that truly resonate with client needs.
