Administrative Assistant and Receptionist

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and enquiries, and greeting customers, visitors, and couriers in a professional manner.

  • Provide administrative support to the Hong Kong office, including but not limited to ordering stationery and pantry supplies, purchasing name cards, and coordinating office equipment and service maintenance.

  • Reconcile invoice payments and allocate costs to different departments for Finance.

  • Support the HR & Administration Officer in arranging group travel and coordinating accommodation and pick-up services with local counterparts.

  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or Diploma in Business or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Proficient in Excel, PC applications, and Chinese word processing.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
