Sales Manager / Product Specialist

About the role
Esaote China Limited, a leading provider of medical equipment and diagnostic imaging solutions, is seeking an accomplished Sales Representative / Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This full-time role will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with healthcare providers, such as hospitals and clinics, to promote and sell Esaote's innovative medical imaging products and solutions
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products to potential customers, ensuring they understand how our solutions can address their specific needs
• Assist customers with product selection, customisation, and post-sales support to ensure a seamless experience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
• Contribute to the overall sales team's success by meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or product specialist role, preferably with diagnostic ultrasonic equipment or healthcare technology industry
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex medical imaging products and solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence healthcare professionals
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
• Strong time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
