What You'll Bring:

Drive revenue and growth targets across Fraud, Identity, and Credit Risk solutions by geography, segment, and client type.

Develop and execute sales strategies for new business acquisition and existing client expansion.

Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Manage the full sales cycle and establish KPIs for pipeline health and conversion.

Ensure CRM (Salesforce) hygiene and maintain a robust lead pipeline to exceed quota.

Stay ahead of market trends and proactively adapt strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Regional Sales teams to align on GTM execution.

Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Fraud & Credit Risk Sales Specialists.

Champion cross-sell opportunities across the broader TransUnion enterprise solution set.

Act as a thought leader and customer advocate, ensuring the Voice of Customer is reflected in product innovation and roadmap.

Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Lead with clarity and purpose, aligning team execution with TransUnion's international growth strategy.
Impact You'll Make:

Proven track record in sales leadership, with deep expertise in Fraud, Identity, and Credit Risk solutions.

Proven experience in selling Fraud solutions such as Device Risk and Digital Identity Management, particularly within a SaaS delivery model. Expertise in Credit Risk offerings-including CreditVision, TruIQ, proprietary scoring models, and alternative data assets-is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth across direct and indirect channels.

Strong understanding of BFSI, Fintech, and B2B/B2B2C ecosystems.

Skilled in value-based selling, leveraging ROI and TCO frameworks.

Ability to identify client pain points and articulate compelling, differentiated value propositions.

Experience managing and scaling global sales teams in a matrixed organization.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and digital identity trends is a plus.

Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for solving complex problems.

Willingness to travel internationally as needed
