Snap Fitness – Trainee Club Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Management Trainee or Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be trained to look after the club and to deliver a great member experience to all our members, grow sustainably the membership base of the club and managing the team, the club’s social media platforms and the clubs financials.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of club, includes but is not limited to, ensuring compliance to Company standards and procedures
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the club and membership sales, member retention target, bad debts targets, managing accounts receivables each month and any other performance KPI’s set by the Company
• Manage the employees in your club, complete all paperwork, manage all member inquiries in a timely way and any other tasks necessary to ensure the successful operations of the club as directed by your immediate supervisor.
• Maintain group exercise classes timetable and smooth, positive operations
• Provide excellent customer service to all members, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, maintain strong, positive relationships with existing members, and actively seek feedback to improve their experience
• Focus on effective strategies for membership retention.
• Improve business performance from membership acquisition, wellness activities, and retailing
• Work closely with our marketing team to drive sales and marketing performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Driven, outgoing, and proactive to achieve sales targets
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Possess general business common sense and able to think commercially
• Possess an analytical approach to work, problem-solving skills, and initiatives
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and prioritization, being organized and tidy
• Has basic computer skills and comfortable with using social media platforms like IG and FB.
