Job Description
Responsibilities:

        •      Manage and control inventory items for retail and online shop

        •      Manage monthly and year end stock take

        •      Manage the product master for e-shop and retail

        •      Implement and monitor supply chain and inventory solutions of HKTVmall ensuring the service quality and continuity/sustainability

        •      Perform on demand delivery scheduling and effective demand forecasting to maintain quality

        •      Work closely with warehouse and retail shop.

        •      Prepare monthly inventory report status for management


Handle general clerical & operational support to the operation team
Provide support on sales events and sales analysis
Co-ordinate with internal and external parties
Perform ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:
Form 7 or above
Basic knowledge of computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Chinese word typing

Familiar with retail industry and HKTVmall is preferred. 
Independent, detail minded, able to work multi-tasks under pressure and with strong sense of responsibility
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
1-2 years experience in operations support is highly preferred
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Executive

Working Hour: Monday to Friday
Working time: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Working location: Kwai Hing (near MTR)
