職位描述
· Make sure stores follow guidelines, SOPs, and brand standards on time.
· Monitor store operations, give feedback, and follow up when needed.
· Support store openings, closings, events, and stock takes.
· Coordinate with the warehouse on inventory, transfers, and stock.
· Liaise with contractors for repair, maintenance, and facility issues.
· Prepare basic operational reports for management.
Administrative & HR Support
· Assist recruitment: job ads, CV screening, and arranging interviews.
· Prepare employment contracts, onboarding papers, and staff records.
· Keep staff movement, rosters, and leave records updated.
· Calculate monthly salary, attendance, and staff incentive.
· Handle daily office and retail admin support.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Work with warehouse, store staff, and contractors for smooth operations.
· Support marketing/events team with promotions and activities.
· Act as a bridge between head office and stores.
Compliance & Standards
· Ensure stores meet operational standards.
· Follow up on issues and make sure corrective actions are done.
Requirements
· Tertiary education in Business, Retail Management, HR, or related field.
· 1–3 years’ experience in retail operations or administration preferred.
· Good organizational and communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
· Proactive, detail-minded, and a good team player.
· Able to work in Kwun Tong office, visit Kwai Hing warehouse and stores across Hong Kong when necessary.
5 days work. bank holiday, working location in Ngau Tau Kok / Kwai Hing (near MTR),
