Responsibilities:

• Explore new business opportunities among the existing or new customers
• Responsible for nurturing relationships and delivering excellent customer service and experience to clients.
• Receive training, mentorship and coaching by senior leaders
• Serve as a link between the clients and working with different departments in our company ensuring fulfill customer expectations and final products meet quality, cost, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
• Consolidate regular report and analysis of client usage and demand patterns for management team to study

Skills & Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree majoring in ANY disciplines, candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcomed
• University graduates with 1 year’s work experience and fresh university graduates are welcome
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, an advantage for proficient in Putonghua
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
• Business minded, receptive to change, adaptable and with learning agility
• Fast learner and strive for self-development
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, judgment and problem-solving skills
• Creative and a good team player, with good customer service sense
• Passionate, willing to take on challenges, can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and responsible for self-career
