職位描述

Responsibilities :

  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by preparing client-related documents and other sales-related documents, including, but not limited to, quotations, tenders, invoices, etc.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on orders by liaising with customers, vendors, and internal departments, with professionalism and good mannerism
  • Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships to maximize customer loyalty
  • Contact vendors and distributors for sales-related matters including, but not limited to, verifying stock availability, lead time, warranty of the products, etc.
  • Attend IT related meetings, events, and seminars
  • Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned


Requirements :

  • Dipolma or above
  • Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint; Chinese word processing is a plus
  • Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines
  • Demonstrated investment in personal growth and development with a strong sense of responsibility
  • A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

** Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Coordinator.
