職位描述

Job Duties:

  • Welcome guests and clients as they arrive

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments

  • Managing calendars and booking appointments for staff or services.

  • Offering details about services, facilities, and directions

  • Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records

  • Sorting and distributing mail and packages

  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above (preferred)

  • 2 years or above in reception or similar roles

  • Proficient in MS office and excel, Chinese word processing and PC applications

  • Presentable, energetic, flexible, well-organized, detail-minded

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluency in Cantonese, Good command in English and Mandarin

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30
