Project Manager- E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop overall plans, timelines, and resource budgets for e-commerce projects based onbusiness requirements.
2. Define core project goals (e.g., GMV, conversion rate, user growth) and break them down into executable team tasks.
3. Coordinate cross-departmental resources including operations, marketing, design,  technology, supply chain, and customer service, and clarify the responsibilities and deliverables of each role.
4. Monitor key project data (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, average order value, repurchase rate) and regularly produce data reports.
5. Propose optimization strategies (such as adjusting marketing strategies and optimizing product pages) based on data insights to improve project performance.
6. Identify potential project risks (such as insufficient inventory and campaign compliance issues) and formulate contingency plans in advance.

Requirement:

1. University degree on business or e-commerce related field
2. Over 5 years working experience
3. Relevant experience, particularly in mainland China market, in e-commerce.
4. Related work experience in e-commerce on home electrical appliances is preferential
5. Fluent spoken and written Putonghua is essential
