Officer, Clinic Management

Principal Activities: 

• Perform day to day administrative and clerical support for doctors, including renewal of MPS and practicing certifications;

• Provide support to front desk staff with insurance prior authorization approvals when necessary;

• Carry out assigned clerical duties to support director of clinic management;

• Liaise with related administrative team and hospital personnel to provide support on matters related to doctors;

• Handle office management including coordinate meetings, programmes and daily activities.

Preferred Attributes/ Exposure:

• Excellent people management with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;

• Team player, dynamic, proactive and customer-focused to providing solutions and support;

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Chinese word processor, PowerPoint and Excel;

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Positive attitude and strong alignment with company;

• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
