Reporting to the Manager, Customer Relations and Administration, this position will use the CA Administration System to process customer registration with ID-Cert service in accordance with the procedures in use.

The Job Holder is also responsible for managing service delivery and in doing so, is required to explore scope to improve service and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process new registration and maintenance to produce keys and ID-Certs diskettes for assembling into customer kits.
• Prepare daily report, check in Application Folders and maintain security of the secure storage.
• Review and report on progress versus work plan, and recommend steps to address any issues arising.
• Comply with the security procedures and requirements, and work as part of the team to maintain trustworthiness of CA systems, inclusive of hardware, software and procedures.
• Participate in review and update of the information security policy, guidelines and practices and other documentation in support of the information security management framework.
• Escalate customer’s complaint and collect feedback to Manager, Customer Relations and Administration.
• Attend regular department meeting and propose suggestions for improvement of service and customer satisfaction improvement to provide quality service to our customers.
• Perform other activities relating to Customer Relations as required from time to time.
