Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments within the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for HK business;

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including hiring managers, HR business partners, universities, and recruiting agencies;

Conduct market research on candidates sourcing channels to meet various business needs;
-
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, includes identifying recruitment needs, job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, job fair, offer proposals and on-boarding logistics etc.;

Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements and business goals;

Prepare relevant employment documents and maintain updated personnel information in HR system;

Prepare HR regular and analysis reports for management review;
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines;

Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources preferably recruitment role in sizable firm or fast-paced environment or in IT industry;

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work independently;

Well-versed with Employment Ordinance;

Proficient in business learning and comprehension;

Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
