Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures 

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

  • Assist in performance management processes

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, handle work injury cases.

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director

  • Provide general administration support, such as secretarial works, procurement of office supplies, repair & maintenance of office equipment, negotiation & coordination with suppliers

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

● Higher diploma holder in any disciplines or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of general human resources and administration workflow

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment

  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
