Job Responsibility
- Assist in handling daily clerical duties of the department
- Handle billing and deposit received from patients
- Prepare daily accounts receivable reports
- Provide cashier counter services including cash and cheque receivable, and electronic payment processing
- Answer telephone enquiries of patients and customers
- Required to perform shift duties from 8am to 10pm
Job Requirement
- HKCEE / DSE or above
- Proficient of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Patience, self-motivated, responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in hospital / clinic is preferable
- Immediate available is preferred
