美容培訓導師

工作職責:

· 培訓及提升員工儀器操作技巧及按摩手法，確保各項技能水平符合公司要求

· 教授高能量/光學護理相關的理論、運用及手法

· 提供顧客服務培訓以配合公司發展

· 定期評估及檢視培訓成效及員工進度水平，適時調整課程

· 設計、編寫培訓內容及協助開發新療程以配合市場需求

職位要求:

· 具備3年以上培訓經驗

· 持有國際美容證書如ITEC II-IV, CIBTAC, CITY & GUILDS

· 熟悉熟面部療程、身體護理療程及各種光學護理

· 具備良好顧客服務意識

· 能獨立處裡、編寫及修訂培訓教材及考核文件

· 熟悉使用MS Office相關應用程式

· 對教學有熱誠，處事成熟、主動、有耐性及具備良好的溝通能力

備註:

較高資歷及工作經驗者有機會考慮為高級美容導師或更高職位
