職責：
- 配合部門推動人事各項重點工作 (包括招聘、培訓、薪酬、績效評估等)
- 推動及落實各重點職位招聘進度(如電話中心)，定期檢視並優化招聘渠道和配置，加快引進合適人員
- 各項行政及人事政策、獎金制度的更新和完善
- 根據公司現行人力配置，制定培訓計劃、員工關係課題等工作
要求：
- 大學程度，人力資源或相關專業優先
- 3年以上人事及行政團隊實務實操經驗
- 專長招聘、培訓、薪酬管理等各項人力資源工作職能，擅長數據運用及文案工作
- 良好的中、英文聽說讀寫能力
- 責任心強，積極主動及良好協調 / 溝通能力
