ETIMADEN ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED is the Asia-Pacific arm of Eti Maden, the world’s leading boron supplier. From our Hong Kong base, we serve a diverse customer base across China, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and more. Our mission is to deliver high-quality boron products through reliable logistics, efficient operations, and customer-focused service.

We are growing and looking for a highly motivated and proactive Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to support our regional operations from day one.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our regional team, you will be the link between customers, logistics, and internal teams. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order execution and outstanding customer service in a dynamic, international trading environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end order management – from receipt of purchase orders to follow-up after shipment and payment

• Preparing Letters of Credit (L/C) and shipping documents

• Data entry and transaction processing in SAP

• Tracking and updating sales, purchase, and shipment records

• Daily communication with overseas customers, suppliers, and internal teams in Mandarin and English

We are looking for someone who is energetic, solution-oriented, and a strong team player. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are ready to support the business from day one.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–10 years of experience in international trade / export operations

• Solid understanding and experience with L/Cs and shipping documentation

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (additional language skills like Thai, Malay, or Bahasa are a plus)

• Available immediately or on short notice (preferred but not required)
