About us
Mektec Corporation (H.K.) Ltd.
We, a Worldwide Japanese Electronics Components Trading company having affiliated factories and sales offices over the World, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join our team as Sales Assistant.
Qualifications & experience
Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working
experience of Tradelink, co-ordinate with forwarder/customer to arrange booking and delivery
- Handle full set of shipping documents
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency with MS Office
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle full set of I/E shipping independently
- Check shipment/invoice from supplier
- Order fulfilment & ensure accurate data input & system record
- Liaise with related internal sales offices and vendors
- Assist in daily warehouse activities and contribute to efficient inventory management
- Coordinate delivery and evaluate carrier performance
- Arrange in/out courier service
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
