Customer Service Assistant (Industrial)

Key responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries with professional manner
• Assist the manager on managing corporate performance and operational efficiency to achieve the business objectives
• Support projects rollout, assist teams to developing project plans
• Prepare the daily reports and necessary document to support teams to do the business analyze
• Monitor sub-contractor operation performance and efficiency in tightly time manner
• Work closely with different business and technology departments

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in customer service experience, and project management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, word and Excel with computer skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese
• Detail-minded with positive learning attitude
• Independent, resilient and positive attitude, energetic and with ability to work under pressure
