Account Manager - B2B Sales

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Explore new sales opportunities and act as a sales representative
  • Develop new business and manage assigned customer accounts to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build sustainable and long-term relationships by thoroughly understanding enterprise and corporate customers' business and operational requirements
  • Provide professional consulting services in imaging hardware, software, infrastructure solutions, and managed services through the implementation of strategic account reviews and customer visit plans
  • Prepare proposals and conduct solution presentations to executive-level personnel
  • Stay updated on business trends in various industries, IT technology trends, and business optimization processes


Requirements:

  • Experience in account servicing and management, particularly in B2B business will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Aggressive, hardworking, able to work independently, and willing to take on challenges
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Interest in and willingness to learn different technologies, such as AI, RPA, Knowledge Management Solutions, Content Management Solutions, Video Analytics Solutions, Multi-function Printers, Network Infrastructure, etc
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
