Job Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Associate to engage with existing customers, lead agent-model sales activities and support seamless order processing. You will work closely with the Sales Head to meet quarterly targets and provide excellent service.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Get familiarize with product information, understand the features and advantages to effectively promote to customers.
- Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases.
- Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.
- Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, quotes, and follow-ups where necessary.
- Introduces promotions and new products to customers.
- Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
- Responsible for sales documents, data entry, processing, tracking, archiving of customer orders and provide sales status reports to the supervisor.
- Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales.
- Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction calmly and independently.
- Collaborate with both internal or external global offices and customers.
- Collects market intelligence to assist in defining the forthcoming sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales Head.
Requirements:
- At least 1–3 years in retail or B2B sales related field.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Advanced in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced information-rich industry
- Flexible working hours; may need to work at night for team meetings or sales-related tasks
- Experience in mobile phone industry is nice to have.
